Shipping & Delivery
We always try to cut your fabric on the day that your order is received and then make up your lampshade in the 2-3 days following. We aim for your lampshade to reach you within 7-10 days of us receiving your order, however this may be a little longer during busy periods.
We post out orders Monday to Friday only.
All of the delivery times provided below are approximate and we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the delivery service providers that we use.
If your order has not been received as soon as you had hoped, please allow 10 working days before contacting us. This will allow any delays caused by the delivery company to be accounted for.
UK (including Channel Islands)
We are delighted to advise that all orders for UK delivery are free to our customers. We also offer a free click and collect service if you live near Amersham, Buckinghamshire. If you would like to collect your lampshade or other purchased items in person from our workshop, then please click this option at the checkout stage.
Europe & Rest of the World
At the moment we only offer UK delivery on-line. If you are overseas and would like to purchase one of our lampshades, please contact us on email@example.com and we will be happy to obtain a quote for you.
I am delighted to say that it is very rare that a lampshade is returned to us. If however you are unhappy in any way with your lampshade, please contact us immediately.
If an item is then to be returned, it will need to be sent within 7 days, unused and in the original packing.
We will only refund your postage costs if there was a fault with the lampshade or product.
Should you wish to return your Lampshade for an exchange, you will be charged again for the postage costs to send your alternative item.
We recommend that you use an insured method of posting when returning an item to us, to protect against loss or damage to the goods whilst in transit.
Please note that Bespoke Lampshades – in your own fabric cannot be returned.
